1. Seller

2. Prices and ordering

Lithograph prices are listed per sheet in CZK (EUR indicative). Original paintings are priced on request. Orders are placed via the website form or e-mail; the contract is concluded upon the seller's confirmation.

3. Payment

Bank transfer against an invoice only. Lithographs: full amount in advance. Commissions: 30% deposit, balance before delivery. No online payment gateway is used.

4. Delivery

Lithographs ship in a tube within CZ and to the EU once payment clears; originals by courier or personal handover in Prague. Shipping rates: TODO.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers may return lithographs within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Czech Civil Code § 1829). Works made to order are exempt from the withdrawal right (§ 1837(d)).

6. Complaints and disputes

Complaints: lenka@lenkakozlikova.com, resolved within 30 days. Out-of-court consumer disputes: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform.
